Your group and the house
How many guests can stay?
Evington House accommodates up to 16 guests as standard. For groups of 17 to 21, each guest above 16 is charged £40 per night. The absolute maximum is 21 guests. Please contact us before booking for more than 16 guests so we can arrange your group stay.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
There are eight bedrooms across the Georgian house and Tudor wing. The Tudor wing has its own kitchen and lounge. Please view the floorplan and tell us your preferred room arrangements, including any accessibility requirements, before booking.
Bedroom numbers correspond to the floorplan:
- Bedroom 1: one king bed
- Bedroom 2: one double and one single bed
- Bedroom 3: one double and one single bed
- Bedroom 4: one double bed
- Bedroom 5: one double bed
- Bedroom 6: one king bed
- Bedroom 7: one double and one single bed
- Bedroom 8: one double bed
Two additional small single beds can be set up, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 21 guests. Please request these when booking.
Can everyone dine together?
The large dining table seats up to 18 guests. For groups of 19 to 21, please contact us before booking to discuss dining arrangements.
Arriving and settling in
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am.
Is there parking?
There is parking at the house behind electric gates. The property is approached along a private road. See our location page for the map.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, there is a private six-person hot tub. Please follow the usage guidance provided for your stay.
Can we bring pets?
Pets can be accommodated for £40 per pet, per stay. Please tell us about your pets when booking.
Can we arrange a celebration?
Please tell us about your celebration plans before booking so we can confirm suitability and house rules. Let us know if you are considering visiting suppliers or additional day guests.

How do payments work?
The current standard payment schedule is 15% when booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival. Please check the payment schedule shown for your reservation, particularly for bookings made close to arrival.
Are there other charges?
A £150 cleaning fee applies per stay. The current security deposit is a £200 card authorisation. Each guest above 16 is charged £40 per night, up to a maximum of 21 guests. Pets are charged at £40 per pet, per stay. Check the full total and deposit arrangements for your reservation before paying.
What are the cancellation terms?
All paid prepayments are non-refundable. Please review the terms shown for your reservation before making payment.
