Bring family and friends together in a Grade II listed Tudor and Georgian house near Cheltenham. Original architectural details, generous living spaces and peaceful grounds create a memorable setting for an unhurried stay.

Space to gather

The Georgian drawing room has tall windows, high ceilings and ornate cornicing. The kitchen, lounge and drawing room flow together, offering space for shared meals, conversation and relaxed evenings. The large dining table seats up to 18 guests. For groups of 19 to 21, please discuss dining arrangements with us before booking.

Eight bedrooms across two historic wings

The Tudor wing has its own kitchen and lounge, giving your group extra space to spread out. Bedroom numbers below correspond to the floorplan.

• Bedroom 3: one double and one single bed

These beds sleep 19 guests. Two additional small single beds can be set up to accommodate a maximum of 21; please request these when booking. Please contact us about any accessibility requirements before booking.

Time outdoors

Enjoy the private six-person hot tub and peaceful garden. The house is approached along a private road, with generous parking behind electric gates. Cheltenham and the villages and countryside of the Cotswolds offer plenty to explore during your stay.

Planning your stay

The standard rate covers up to 16 guests. Each guest above 16 is charged £40 per night, with 21 the absolute maximum. Please contact us before booking for more than 16 guests. Pets can be accommodated for £40 per pet, per stay; please tell us about them when booking.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am. Sebastian is available to answer questions and help you plan your stay.
